S AI · PERSONAL INTELLIGENCE

Terms of Service

The terms for using S AI, your account and the content you create with artificial intelligence.

Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. About S AI

S AI is an independently developed AI assistant created by Alexander. It offers features such as text conversations, images, voice interaction and translation, depending on the version and configuration available to you. These terms cover sairivo.com and S AI applications that connect to the same service.

S AI is a product and service name, not a statement that the service is operated by a registered company. In these terms, ‘we’ refers to the independent developer responsible for S AI. You can contact the developer at peshkov.allex@mail.ru.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

Please read these terms before using S AI. By choosing to use the service after having an opportunity to review them, you agree to follow them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Where the law requires a particular form of agreement or consent, these terms do not replace that requirement.

You must be legally able to use the service and enter into this agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are a minor, use S AI only where local law permits it and with the permission or involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required. Do not use the service where your access or intended use is unlawful. If you act on behalf of someone else, you must have authority to do so.

3. Registration and account security

Some features require an account. Use the registration and sign-in methods offered in the interface, such as email or Google Sign-In, and complete any verification requested by that method. Provide accurate information where it is required, use an email address you control and do not impersonate another person. Google sign-in is subject to Google's own authentication process; S AI does not need your Google password.

Keep your sign-in credentials and access to your email or identity-provider account secure. Do not share passwords or access tokens, and sign out on shared devices. You are responsible for the actions you authorize through your account and for taking reasonable steps to protect it. This does not make you automatically responsible for every unauthorized action regardless of its cause.

If you suspect unauthorized access, secure your email or identity-provider account, change relevant credentials where possible and contact the developer promptly. Never send passwords or secret access tokens in a support request.

4. Permitted use

You may use the available S AI features for lawful personal, educational, creative or professional purposes, subject to these terms and any feature-specific limits clearly shown to you. Use the service in a way that respects the rights, privacy and safety of others.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate inputs, reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are suitable for your intended use. Follow reasonable technical limits and safety controls. These terms do not grant access to private systems or APIs that are not offered to you.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use S AI to carry out, facilitate or conceal unlawful or harmful conduct. In particular, you must not:

  • Create or distribute material involving child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, targeted harassment or instructions intended to enable serious harm.
  • Commit fraud, phishing or identity theft; distribute malware; or access another person's account, data or systems without permission.
  • Upload or generate material in a way that infringes copyright, privacy or other rights. Do not imitate a person's voice or likeness without the authorization required for your use, or use synthetic media to deceive people or cause harm.
  • Bypass authentication, abuse usage limits, defeat security or safety controls, interfere with the service, or send automated traffic that disrupts availability. This does not restrict activity that applicable law expressly protects.
  • Misrepresent generated content as verified facts, genuine evidence or a real person's statement when doing so would be deceptive or harmful.

6. AI-generated content and accuracy

S AI generates responses using artificial intelligence. Text, images, speech, translations and other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or otherwise mistaken. A confident tone, a citation or a detailed explanation does not establish that an answer is correct; references can also be wrong or invented.

Check important information against reliable, independent sources before relying on it, publishing it or acting on it. For medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other consequential decisions, seek an appropriately qualified professional where needed. S AI is not a substitute for professional judgment or emergency services.

Review generated code, files and instructions before running or applying them. Model behavior, capabilities and availability may change over time, and the same request may produce different results. These limitations explain how the technology works; they do not remove responsibilities that the law places on the service.

7. Content you provide

You retain whatever rights you hold in prompts, messages, images, audio, attachments and other materials you submit. Only provide content that you are entitled to use and share for the requested processing. Obtain any necessary permission before submitting someone else's personal data, confidential information, voice or likeness.

You give the developer a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, transmit, store and display your content as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request, maintain the service and address security or support issues, as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes sending relevant content to the providers needed to carry out a request. The permission does not transfer ownership of your content or grant a general right to sell it or use it in advertising.

These terms do not themselves authorize unrelated model training or new uses of personal data. Processing purposes, provider involvement, retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy. Avoid submitting material whose disclosure to the necessary providers would violate your obligations.

8. Using generated content

Subject to applicable law, these terms and any applicable rights of others, you may use, edit and share the output S AI provides to you, including for lawful commercial purposes. To the extent the developer holds transferable rights in that output, the developer permits those uses without claiming exclusive ownership against you. This permission does not extend to the S AI software, branding or someone else's protected material.

AI output may not be unique: other users may receive similar or identical material. S AI cannot promise that every output is protected by copyright, that you acquire exclusive rights in it, or that it is free of third-party rights. Check any permissions, factual claims and disclosures needed for your intended use, especially before publication or commercial distribution.

Do not claim human authorship or authenticity in a way that misleads others. Disclose the use of AI where required by law or by the rules of the platform or activity in which you use the output.

9. Models and third-party services

S AI combines its own interface, features, orchestration and user experience with AI models, APIs and infrastructure supplied by third parties. S AI does not claim to have developed all of the underlying foundation models.

The current implementation integrates OpenAI APIs for AI capabilities, Supabase for account and cloud functionality, and Netlify for hosting. Voice and audio features also include integrations with Fish Audio, ElevenLabs and AudD; whether a particular integration handles a request depends on the feature and active configuration. An integration being present does not mean that it processes every request or is always available.

Models, providers and routing may change as the product develops or technical availability changes. A particular model, provider or response style is not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. Any material change in personal-data processing must also be addressed under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Third-party outages or restrictions can affect S AI. If a feature asks you to use an external service directly, that service's terms and privacy information may apply to your interaction with it. This does not waive any responsibility of S AI for its own service.

10. Privacy

The collection and use of personal data, including account information and content processed for AI requests, are described in the separate Privacy Policy. It explains provider involvement, your choices and how to request deletion. Please read it together with these terms; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to every possible use of personal data.

Read the Privacy Policy

11. Availability and technical limits

S AI depends on network connectivity, devices, hosting and external services. Maintenance, incidents, capacity limits or provider outages may interrupt access, delay responses or make individual features temporarily unavailable. Continuous, error-free availability or a particular response time is not guaranteed unless separately agreed.

Available features and usage limits can differ by version, configuration or technical capacity. Keep separate copies of information you need for important work; a conversation history should not be your only copy. This recommendation does not reduce any data-protection or other legal obligations of the developer.

12. Updates and changes to S AI

S AI may receive bug fixes, security updates and product improvements. Features may be added, changed or removed for reasons such as safety, technical requirements, provider changes or product development. Updates may change how a feature behaves or require an updated browser or application.

Material changes will be handled with any notice, consent or remedies required by applicable law. These terms do not authorize retroactive charges or introduce a subscription. If paid features are offered, their price and applicable purchase terms must be presented before a purchase.

13. S AI intellectual property

The S AI interface, original software, visual materials, name and logo are protected to the extent that applicable law grants protection and the developer holds the relevant rights. Third-party models, software, assets and marks remain subject to their respective owners' rights and any applicable licenses.

Using S AI gives you permission to access the service as provided under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the service or give you a right to copy, sell or present the S AI product or branding as your own. Rights granted by an open-source license, other express permission or mandatory law are not restricted by this section.

14. Responsibility and legal rights

The developer is responsible for the service to the extent required by applicable law. The limitations of AI and the technical dependencies described above mean that S AI cannot promise every output will be correct or meet every particular purpose. You remain responsible for your own unlawful use and for decisions you make after reviewing the information available to you.

Where the law permits, the developer is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the service was used, or for harm caused solely by circumstances outside the developer's reasonable control, provided the developer has met the duties that apply. This is not a blanket exclusion of liability for errors, outages or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer rights, data-protection rights and available legal remedies remain unaffected.

Applicable law determines your rights and any competent court or authority. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections, accept compulsory arbitration or bring every dispute in a particular country. Contacting the developer to seek a resolution does not prevent you from using a legal remedy.

15. Restriction and ending use

Access to all or part of S AI may be restricted or ended for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, unlawful activity, a credible security risk or a legal requirement. Any action should be proportionate to the circumstances. Where reasonably possible and lawful, the developer will explain the reason and allow you to address the issue; an urgent risk may require action first.

If you believe access was restricted in error, contact the developer at the address below with relevant details, without including passwords. These terms do not imply that a particular automated review or appeal system is available.

You may stop using S AI at any time. Signing out, uninstalling an application or removing Google access does not by itself delete all data already stored by S AI. Account and data deletion can be requested as explained in the Privacy Policy. Ending use does not remove existing legal rights or obligations; content retention is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in S AI, its providers or legal requirements. The current version and its last-updated date will be available on this page. Material changes will be accompanied by any additional notice, advance notice or renewed agreement required by law.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired. Where continued use can legally constitute acceptance, that applies only after you have had appropriate notice and an opportunity to review the new terms. If you do not agree with an update, you may stop using the service and request deletion under the Privacy Policy.

17. Contact

For questions about S AI, these terms, content rights or an access restriction, contact the independent developer, Alexander, at peshkov.allex@mail.ru. Describe the issue and provide only the information reasonably needed to investigate it. English and Russian versions of these terms are provided for convenience; neither version overrides protections required by applicable law.
