1. About S AI and this policy
S AI is an independently developed AI assistant created by Alexander. This policy covers sairivo.com and S AI applications that connect to the same service, including text chat, account memory, images, voice conversations and translation.
The developer responsible for this service can be contacted at peshkov.allex@mail.ru. S AI is a product name; this policy does not represent it as a registered company. Features and the information needed for them depend on the version and settings you use.
2. Signing in with Google
If you choose Google Sign-In, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, supply and process the basic information needed to create and use your S AI account: your name, email address, account identifier and profile image, if Google provides one. Authentication records can also include email-verification and sign-in information.
S AI requests the openid, email and profile permissions. These identify your account; they do not give S AI access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Calendar or contacts. The current sign-in flow does not request sensitive or restricted Google scopes. You enter your Google password with Google, not with S AI.
We use this information to authenticate you, identify your account, display your profile and connect your chats, memory and settings across devices. A profile name used for personalization may also be included in the context sent to an AI provider. Google profile data is not sold or used for targeted advertising. Removing S AI access in your Google Account stops future authorized access but does not itself delete data already held by S AI.
3. Other information we process
You decide what to submit. The service processes the information required for the features you use, including:
- Account and profile information: email, a chosen name or avatar, language and app preferences. For email sign-in, credentials pass through the S AI authentication endpoint to Supabase; the app does not save your password in its local preferences.
- Conversations and content: prompts, answers, conversation titles, saved answers, projects, images, uploaded attachments and related metadata. Relevant conversation history and account memory can be included in later requests to personalize replies.
- Voice and translation: audio you send while a voice feature is active, transcriptions, translations, responses and language settings. Music recognition sends a short audio sample, which may contain nearby sounds or voices.
- Technical information: IP address and request information processed by hosting services; device or browser information, app version, session identifiers, errors, timings and usage limits. Feature-announcement interactions may be associated with your account. Diagnostic events use selected technical fields rather than intentionally collecting full prompts or attachments.
- Requests to support: information you include when contacting the developer, including the email address needed to reply.
4. Why we use information
We process information to provide the features you request, authenticate and synchronize accounts, maintain conversation history and memory, generate answers and media, translate speech, recognize music, show requested information, remember settings and respond to support or deletion requests.
Technical and usage information helps operate the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and manage service limits. Permissions and optional voice-profile consent are requested in the relevant feature. You can decline an optional feature; its associated processing will then be unavailable.
5. Service providers and sharing
S AI uses external infrastructure and AI services. Information needed for a request is sent to the relevant provider. Depending on the feature and server configuration, these include:
- Supabase: account authentication, Google profile information, cloud chat history, memory, settings and stored media.
- Netlify: website hosting, server-side request handling, technical logs and storage used by service functions.
- OpenAI: text, image and audio processing, voice conversations and translation. Requests may include your submitted content and relevant conversation, memory and profile context.
- ElevenLabs and Fish Audio: speech synthesis when the corresponding provider is enabled. Text to be spoken and selected voice settings are sent for synthesis.
- AudD: the short audio sample used to identify music.
- Information services such as Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap, ExchangeRate-API, currency-data sources, ESPN and API-Sports: the location, currency, team or other search parameters needed for a requested widget. Opening an external result or loading external content also connects your device to that service.
- Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service. Provider processing, retention and any permitted use of submitted content depend on that provider's terms and the service settings; S AI does not promise zero retention by every provider.
6. Storage, local data and retention
Signed-in accounts use cloud storage to synchronize chats, memory, profile information and settings. Local device storage can also contain preferences, cached conversations, attachments and changes waiting to synchronize. Guest history is stored on the device, but submitting a guest request still sends its content to S AI servers and the relevant processing provider. Guest mode is not an offline or anonymous-processing guarantee.
Cookies and similar local storage maintain sessions and app functionality. You can clear site or application data using your device settings; this can remove local history and sign you out, but does not by itself delete cloud data.
Cloud account information and saved content remain available while retained for your account, until you remove supported items or request deletion. There is no single automatic expiry period for all S AI data. Technical records, deletion records, backups and provider-held data may have different retention periods; limited records may need to remain for security or legal requirements. Contact the developer for a deletion review and information about the data concerned.
Providers may process or store data in countries other than your own. This policy does not promise that all processing takes place in one country.
7. Microphone, media and optional personal voice
Microphone access is used for voice features you activate. Uploaded photos, selected files and any enabled camera or screen-sharing feature provide the content you choose to share. You can stop the feature or revoke device permissions. Avoid recording other people or sharing their information without appropriate permission.
If Preserve My Voice is available and you opt in, creating a personal voice requires a separate consent recording and voice sample. These are sent to the voice provider, and a reference to the voice and consent is stored with your account. Use only your own voice with the required consent.
Removing the personal voice profile revokes the stored consent through the provider and removes the S AI profile reference. Provider-side voice assets and associated records are subject to the provider's deletion and retention process; this is not a promise of immediate erasure of every copy.
8. Security
S AI uses HTTPS, authenticated account access and access checks for protected server operations. Service credentials are handled on the server. Security also depends on the infrastructure providers and on protecting your account and device.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or other secrets in chat. If you suspect unauthorized access or a data issue, contact the developer.
9. Your choices and deletion requests
You can edit supported profile settings, delete individual chats, and view, edit or clear memory in the app. Deleting a chat does not automatically clear separately stored account memory or saved answers. Device caches and cloud copies may need to synchronize, and attached media or provider records are not guaranteed to be erased immediately by deleting a chat.
To request deletion of your account and associated data, or ask to access, correct or receive a copy of your information, email peshkov.allex@mail.ru. Use the address associated with your S AI account where possible, identify the request and specify whether it concerns the whole account or selected data. Do not send your password or a sign-in code. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
The developer will review the request, arrange deletion of the relevant account data and explain any records that must be retained and why. Signing out, uninstalling the app or revoking Google access does not replace an account-deletion request. Further rights, including objection, restriction or complaints to a data-protection authority, may apply depending on your location.
10. Children and other people's information
S AI is a general-purpose assistant and is not designed specifically for children. Use of its account and external services is subject to the applicable age requirements. If you believe a child's information has been provided without the required permission, contact the developer so it can be reviewed and removed as appropriate.
11. Changes and contact
This policy may change as S AI features or processing practices change. The updated version and date will appear here. New uses of Google user data or optional permissions will be explained, and additional consent will be requested where required.
For privacy questions and account or data requests, contact Alexander, the S AI developer, at peshkov.allex@mail.ru. The English and Russian versions describe the same practices.
